I booked an appointment with Joseph for a salt facial. I've never had a facial and didn't really know what to expect. First, the atmosphere in the spa is credibly soothing and calm. The treatment room had dim lighting and beautiful nature, tonal and wind pipe music. Everything looked immaculately clean. Joseph exudes kindness and was very professional, explaining the various facials offered. My skin is very senstive to chemicals so I opted for the salt facial. After the facial he gave me a hand and arm massage while receiving UV light treatment. I felt very pampered! My skin has never felt so soft before! I booked another appointment for laser therapy to diminish some psoriasis scars on my lower legs. So glad Pratt has such a wonderful place to go to for aesthetic services and I can't rave enough about Joseph!
